The shoes arrived beautifully packaged in a sturdy, elegant box. The boots were each in a shoe bag. No chemical smell. There was also a pair of small inserts, the kind that can be worn at the ball of the foot or on the heel.Boots are gorgeous and look fabulous on. Boots look more expensive than what I paid. Yes, you will need an insert for comfort if you plan on wearing and standing for any length of time. However, that does NOT take anything away from these lovely boots.I ordered my usual size, 8.5, and they fit perfectly. I have a wide toe box and have plenty of room in the toe area.If you are on the fence about these boots, go for it! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful boot. I orded my size it just won't zip up and A friend is really narrow and tight so you can't really put you feet all the way in there should try to zip it up but over while is a beautiful boot nice durable leather very very nice just in fit so if you wanna order or order it larger instead of i am a 9 and should have got a 9 and a 1/2

Sorry no pics.- These Riding Boots arrived in 3 days, as expected. In a nice undamaged box. Each boot is individually placed in a cloth like bag, foam shape supports in toes and paper in the shaft.They smell like new boots. NO-caustic overwhelming smell. They are Brand New-Unworn. A little stiff as Expected! They are Nicer than I Expected. I wear a 9.5 medium. These ARE true to size. These fit nicely with a thinner sock and a lil room leftvover for a thin insert. (I live in the South and don't need thick socks). They are NOT thick or lined. They Are what I Wanted and Expected. I would recommend these Boots.Fyi: These boots can be softened up all you have to do is google how to.

Super cute, super comfortable, and super warm. One time use though. Went to a wedding, got home and the zipper was broken. Had to cut the boot off.

I'm likely to wear the soles out of these shoes! However, I'll add inserts for greater comfort because they're not naturally great foe extended walking that I do. But I'll wear these babies out! So Nice! I wore with dress pants, jeans, and casual skirt. Versatile definitely!

The boots are cute and we'll constructed. I will still keep them and wear them. But they aren't the color of the pic, and they aren't real leather. The pic is real leather, and the ones I have will never look like the ones in the pic. I'm going to look into possibly polishing them a color with a bit more red in it. I thought I read everything about them, but after I received them the fact they were not leather was easy enough to find.

This boot is perfect! I've been looking for a combat boot that was a bit taller (mid calf-ish) and wider in the toe area. These are it! I have thin feet with a wide toe area, kinda like duck feet 😳. Its really hard for me to find shoes that don't give me calluses on my pinky toe. This boot is awesome with enough room in the toe area. They do run a bit large. I usually get a size 8 for enough room for my toes and the 7.5 fits nice with extra room. They are a bit shinier than the picture but so worth the buy. Get them!!

Beautiful red in color. I was shocked at the beauty just by pulling these out of the box. Fit and walk well on my feet. A bit slim for my size 10 foot but stretch well during the day.
