This little lamp is powerful. It can be dimmed and different light settings such as warms, etc. It has a nice long neck very strong. What I really like is you can plug it directly into your PC and adjust where needed. I needed only to light my keyboard area. When I turn off the PC the light shuts off. It does use regular electric power but the base not included that plugs in. Overall for this price point exactly what I was looking for.

This little light packs a huge punch! Perfect for reading or any project needed a strong light. The long neck provides the perfect reading angle for each person. The light intensity and on/off button can be adjusted by a small easy to find button on the power cord. A small magnifier is available for harder to read text. The price point is a value for such a great little lamp. Highly recommend.

It works. Lights up when you click the on button, the brightness buttons make it brighter/dimmer, etc.... It could be a bit brighter for reading. A longer gooseneck would be helpful. The controls are in the middle of the cord. Should be on the light itself, maybe on the gooseneck, or at least closer to it. Speaking of cords, a removable USB cord would be helpful - maybe I want to use a longer or shorter cord I already have? Mounting options would be good. A removable or redesignd clip so it could be used in a different fixture, stand on it's ow, get clamped to a different surface. Magnets would be good (I added my own).

This lamp has good brightness and the gooseneck is very sturdy with a solid adjustment feel to it. Doesn’t really have play to it so it sticks pretty well to the adjusted angle. The clamp is also very strong requiring quite a bit of strength to open up. Overall a quality lamp that you can mount almost anywhere.

I love that in my small home I can clip this onto my bookshelf right above my work desk so that it can shine down on my workspace. The brightness settings allow for me to work in my bedroom early in the morning without disturbing my still-sleeping husband.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the backseat of my car.. I have 2 kids under the age of 8 and they get scared of the dark when driving at night. Bought this to give them some light. It was exactly what I was looking for (usb powered, dim switch, clip so I can attach it to the pocket on the back of the front seats) and worked great at first but after a few weeks, it just randomly stopped working.The blue light comes on by the power switch so I know that part isn't corrupted but for some reason, the light just won't turn on. I needed a lamp for my desk, and to use on the couch to read while others are watching tv.I bought this lamp because of the different lighting modes, as well as being able to adjust the brightness.I am very pleased with this lamp. The lamp itself is very durable, and so is the mounting clip. It does warm up a little while using, but it is a lamp emitting light so that's to be expected.The cord is decently long and the control on it is easy to use. The control pad has a little blue light on the power button so you can see it in the dark.The only drawback is the area where the cord is attached to the clip and continues up the neck of the lamp. It seems like it could be broken if it gets bent back and forth too many times. As long as no one is swinging it around like a weapon, I think it will hold up just fine. The cord is about the same diameter as a phone charger.Overall, this is a great little lamp for the price.
