I thinks it's water proof, so yea, but you might want to 're apply it after 3 hours

Hi Harsh, I am so sorry for the late reply. I do use it before going for a run in the morning and it works for me. But otherwise, playing in the sun during the day time, I am not sure how much this cream would help.
