Excellent replacement part.
Good quality. Highly recommend. Shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box. Each piece was wrapped and protected. The flanges lined up just right and the gaskets fit perfectly. The O2 sensor holes were positioned just right. Installation was easy because everything fit.

Good enough
Seems to be working well. I had a rattling sound that concerned me but it was one of the bolts that were threaded into a spot for an o2 sensor that I didn’t install. Overall happy with the money saved and it fixed my old beater 2006 Silverado with a 4.3 V6.

Fits and works perfectly.
Others have mentioned difficulty with getting it to fit. While there is a little bit of trial and error involved, it fits perfectly. I got it installed and all the bolts tightened and there are no leaks. The catalytic converters function correctly, allowing the O2 sensors to get readings in the correct range. It's been in my truck for 3 months and I've had no codes pop and no issues.

Not a perfect fit
Not everything lined up quite right. Kind of cheap made, but made it work!

Do not over look the Catalytic Converters in your diagnosis
The issue on this 1999 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.3, the ck engine light. Never overlook your catalytic converters. Over a100K clocked on your Cats than more likely they’re saturated. Your EGR valve is linked with the upstream and downstream oxygen sensors. For your engine with electronic ignition to run correctly having saturated catalytic converters the engine will never run right. We were getting 10mpg with a ripe gas smell from the exhaust pipe. After replacing the upper engine pipe which housed the two catalytic converters the ck engine light went off on its own, no scanner needed! Now, with the A/C running we're getting 20-25MPG!! Also, you know when all is well when you can barely smell the exhaust.

Not the best catalytic converter
Chevy Silverado 05 4.3L . It came on time', Good price, easy to install Not the best catalytic converter. It came with the O ring, gasket for the muffler connection and rubber gasket for passenger side and very cheap clamp you can't tighten the nuts because it is mild iron and you will ruin the threads. the upstream passenger side O2 sensor nut it welded with the wrong angle you may have to install the O2 sensor before attach the catalytic converter itself because it it very tight close to the side metal. Original one had studs riveted when it meet the muffler this one came with only to holes even if you take the old studs it will not sit right you need a washer. last thing it came without replacement nuts you will have to use the old nuts. I tried to be honest hope that help the next customer.

Great fit!
Perfect fit. The oxygen sensor mounting points are in the right area so they don’t hit the frame. Highly recommend these cats.
