Its BLACK!! Not GOLDEN brown,BLACK! In the light that I am sat under you can see brown flecks but its black. My hair feels gorgeous and silky smooth.Just not the colour I wanted as I am pale skinned and look washed out.I can always say I tried it though.Donot use if you want golden brown, maybe if you want darkest brown/black.

Have bought this hair dye for years elsewhere without a problem but this product did not cover my greys properly at all. Bought the same shade from somewhere else again recently and no problem so I can only assume its an issue with this supplier

It was fine to use but the colour was wrong! It’s dyed my hair black!! My hair was not dark to start with so really disappointed that I will have to wait 6 weeks to re dye

I've used nice n easy for years and wouldn't change brand, I decided to go from bottle dark blonde to medium golden brown before I went dark golden brown - more my natural colour but the dark came out almost black. I'll stick with medium shades of brown in future.
