The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:We chose this water heater after Lightning struck our electric pole and fried our first hot water heater. It reaches top temperature very quickly. It is very easy to install on your own or for an electrician/plumber to do. The control knob is very simple to use.

OUTSTANDING
This product installed in 5 minutes had it complete and making hot water in 15 minutes more. Great product! However everyone needs to know, IF YOU HAVE A POWER OUTAGE, EVEN A SLIGHT POWER INTERRUPTION, YOU WILL NEED TO RESET THE SYSTEM. Just push the button on the front panel and reset to your temperature setting.

Easy to install
Was simple to install. I have hot water now but I was expecting more. 1 restroom is great. But the other restroom doesn't seem to stay hot.

Pretty good temporary solution.
I purchased two of these water heaters to run in series. I did not have heavy enough wiring to run one on its own. So the first one acts as a preheater for the second one. Overall they work really well. I set them up this way as a temporary solution because my solar water heating system tank rusted through. So I’m using these until I can get the other one replaced. But I’m very happy with the temporary solution. And I’ll most likely keep it in place as a backup indefinitely. Just as a note, I do live in a warm climate where my water comes into the house at 65 degrees in winter and over 90 deg in summer. So this same setup may not work as well in colder climates.
