These 8mm glass beads were beautiful right out of the package. I actually forgot to review them until after I had already used a bunch, I was just too excited to use them—which honestly just proves how great they are. They have a really nice feel and a satisfying weight to them. The color variety is amazing: solid colors, ombré shades, and even a few with that cool “veiny” look (not sure what the official term is, but they’re super unique). They’re also the perfect size for bracelets and feel smooth and high-quality when strung together. Also, they’re very durable. As someone who breaks everything she touches, I can confidently say you won’t have to worry about them breaking and cutting you or your kid, I dropped them multiple times on tile and they didn’t break (though I wouldn’t recommend throwing them or anything). My only small issue is that there’s only enough of each color to make one bracelet per shade. It’s not a big problem, especially if you like mixing colors, but it’s something to know. Overall, they’re gorgeous beads and totally worth it.
