I am enable to loose . waste of money. Nd tablets are very big in size difficult to swallow.. nd purpose of loosing weight is not solved.

Moreover I have recently purchased many products from this brand just because of its budget products and genuineness. Carnitine is really helpful if your diet is energy deficit and you actually intaking less calories and focussing for weight loss,so with less energy from eating less food through out your day, supplementing with carnitine helps you provide energy by burning those fatty acids stored as fat. It does not help you lose weight..also the quality of tablets is not good,very big in size.i purchased based on reviews.but its not good..within short span of time,it's automatically disintegrated inside the box and are now in powdered form,which you are unable to swallow...plz improve the quality..not worth it.
