These took my English muffins to a new and professional level. I was using spray to grease em but now just use a little oil on a paper towel. Clean up is incredibly easy. By hand takes a couple of minutes for the whole lot. I keep them in an open plastic bag when not in use. My dough kept spreading after shaping, but especially when they would hit the griddle. These baddies cleared that right up. They also transfer heat up the sides from your griddle which help you get a really nice even bake up the side as well as on the griddle side.

Very flimsy and mishapen, my English muffins did not come out perfectly round they came out a little wonky. And while that's OK for some people I want nice round thick English muffins, and you need a round mold for that not a ring with a huge seam in it, where the dough gets snagged when it rises.
