This is a great scooter, bought it for my wife, the scooter was very easy to assemble, after changing the battery we were very pleased with the way it operates, well built, and very sturdy, just what we were looking for in helping her commute around, no more days of going shopping to find that a store only has a few electric buggies available or out of service, which was very frustrating, but no more, thanks to this scooter.

I purchased this for my husband. He has a bigger one that is great but it’s a little too big to use everywhere. We were going on a cruise and we knew that he could not walk without being wore out. This scooter was the perfect fit. He was able to go everywhere, but the beach, he would park it on the board walk, then walk the little bit to the water. It fit perfect in room on the ship. Easy to take apart and move. The price was great. He was stopped on the ship and airport and asked about how it handled and price, we gave them the link to purchase it. Our friend is using it now to see if it would work for her at home. Battery life lasted all day. We would charge it each night but really didn’t have tooThere was only one problem. The port where you use to charge, keeps coming loose, the screws that held it in is stripped. I’ve got to get it fixed.

I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item…. Just want to let people know if you plan on purchasing look elsewhere for another company that backs their products

Great mobility scooter! I bought to help with my mother getting around when we go on shopping trips, and this works great. It assembled very easily, with minimal effort. There wasn't much assembly needed really. It is very sturdy, and the variable speed gives you the chance to get it to to a decent speed (not like the shopping cart ones at the store). Very easy to use for my mother, and has great range!

This is a pretty awesome scooter for the price. We got it for my aunt who is elderly and has any problem so it serves the purpose of getting her around everywhere. The scooter works very well it goes pretty fast for mobility scooter. The design is Sleek and efficient the brakes work really well the storage capacity is okay but could be better it's just a small basket. It is very easy to use and it's very easy to fit in a trunk even of a small car. I gave it four stars instead of five because my aunt is complaining of a weird noise that it started making right away. I can't describe it the only way I can describe it is like this: it has started to sound like the older shopping scooters at Walmart with the weird sound every time the wheels turn. It sounds like it's coming from the back and it's like a weird plastic scratching sound like if there's something sticky on the wheel and every time it rolls it makes a consistent sound every time the sticky part touches the ground. I don't know that's the best I can describe it. Maybe I will add a video later.

It is easy to use. Assembly takes a little time. Easy to charge.very nice cart for the money.

This seller provided me with two invalid return shipping labels as indicated by FedEx Ground when presented for return. Think twice before ordering from this seller. Completed waste of time and at this point I doubt I will get a refund for this defective unit. I did receive a refund but this seller has abandon defective product at my house. It is too large and heavy; I will now have to hire people to dispose of this product.
