Very disappointed that the epilator didn’t have the right plug to use in Australia so the product can’t be used

My red-head daughter has been using the this for some time now and has been happy with the results. It’s gentle enough for her sensitive skin and does a good job of removing hair without causing much irritation. It’s worth noting that she has fair hair, so I can’t speak to how well this would work for someone with darker or coarser hair. Overall, for her it’s been a convenient and effective solution for smoother skin, and she prefers it over traditional waxing or shaving. I can't speak to how well this will work for anyone who doesn't have the fair hair that red heads are known for, and suggest anyone considering using this to be mindful of how their skin and hair type might respond, but for fair-haired users like my daughter, it’s been a solid choice.
