The first one I received had issues and I returned it. The next one that came was perfect. They do a great job at refurbishing Dell computers. This one looked like it came right from Dell factory. They also give you a keyboard and mouse. Computer has Windows 11 installed and it works flawless. Very happy with the purchase.

So far works as expected.

First one was bad but they shipped out replacement. Shipping is really slow but product was worth wait as far as functionality. Was rated as excellent but case shows wear, decals are worn, all ports full of dust and dirt, had to clean and blow them out. But it works like its supposed too. For the price its a good value!

The description indicates WiFi and Bluetooth within the specs of the PC. These are both in fact USB-A dongles that each take up one of the five USB-A ports on the PC. In several places it implies these are integrated to the PC, in several places it would have been logical to point out that they are aftermarket addons. This factor did affect my decision to buy this PC. If I need to say more once I plug the machine in, I will edit this. Edit: PC runs fine. Something has been deleted (likely HDMI or VGA) and replaced with a third DP, I did not test its functionality. Verified there is room inside for another 3.5" drive with a SATA connection, and also another M.2 connector. Word of caution, that second M.2 might be mutually exclusive with the 3.5" bay SATA connector. I've seen that on other models. Also, the wireless dongle did not install, it may be garbage, or it might be that the clean Win11 install did not have drivers for it. I had to bypass the internet connection for install and add a dongle after it was running. Never did get the included WiFi dongle to work. Also the included WiFi dongle is oddly shaped dictating which USB ports it can be used in to not cover other ports, that combination may not fit your needs as the ports do have different speeds and features. All other complaints I have are with Win11 and are not fair to penalize this hardware for.
