all 20 pieces were in great condition, exactly as described. cannot beat the deal and quality, highly recommend. if you are familiar with buying these in store, you usually have to sort thru plenty of broken ones and pay about double this amount

I utilized these pieces as a finish edge on two sides and across the top of a bathtub/shower wall renovation. The articles came well packed, with no broken pieces which is always a concern. They were ready to install, no prep necessary other than some piece cuts to fit. The one issue I had, which I have not taken the time to resolve yet, is that of the 32 pieces ordered (2 boxes), 10 were the wrong dimension, slightly larger (next size up) and I was unable to use them in my project. Fortunately, I was able to "jerry rig" a single piece with success, ti complete my project, and will be returning the balance for a credit, if possible. If you order this item, DOUBLE CHECK THE DIMENSIONS ON EVERY PIECE YOU RECIEVE.

I was nervous about getting this product online. I purchased tile from my local tile store for a bathroom remodel, but they did not have enough pencil liner for my project, and it would be a 2-3 wait. I needed ~30 ft, and two of these, each with 16 ft, so 32 ft total, would do the job, so I decided not to wait and purchase these (and have in 2 days with prime shipping). I was concerned that the would be lesser quality due to the good price, and although described as polished, some of the photos done show a polish. But upon arrival, these are as nice or better that wait was in the tile store for a higher price. The polish is excellent - very happy.

Buying something like this for a project site unseen can be a little tricky, as we're trying to match an arabesque carrera marble backsplash with this pencil trim....we needed the color scheme and variation to match the description/pictures. I find them exact to my expectations. Furthermore, these are well-encased in the packaging and arrived completely intact. Good product and most importantly, they shouldn't show up damaged if the packaging remains the same.

I couldn't find marble pencil tile for a better price per linear foot than right here. Great deal, overall. It comes wonderfully packaged to ensure no breakage occurs during shipment--each piece is slipped into individually molded foam beds, all wrapped up and cozy for the trip. A+ packaging right here. I took off a star because the quality of the stone could certainly be a little bit better. There are some mild natural defects so they aren't all perfectly smooth and polished--there are a couple pieces that have teeny tiny sparkly crystal-like divots in them but it's not enough that I would spent twice as much somewhere else to avoid it. Most of the pencil tiles aren't affected, and for those that are, it's extremely minimal. Worth the discount in my eyes!
