Works well, good battery life

This is an irrigation device not a water pick flosser as such. The good points..... the device is well built and certainly looks a quality product, in use the cleaning is effective. The not so good points.....size both in taking up a lot of room in the bathroom and hindering use. The operating button is not easy to use and can easily be pressed when handling leading to water jetting everywhere and if you are unlucky in your eyes! The small hinged filling flap on the reservoir is not easy to open if you don't have nails, I did see other comments saying that they filled by taking the reservoir off and you can do that but I think that this could cause unnecessary wear. I am trying to like the gadget but so far I would have to say that my previous Phillips Sonicate was superior in most ways. Although I have given 4 * most of them are biased on the undeniable quality

Welcome replacement for an aged and no longer working flosser

Purchased this water pick after buying a cheaper one, this does not have the variety of heads but the one supplied does the job well, the water tank is also easier to fill. Recommend.

Bad is an understanding • It takes 17h to charge you find that out when u get it and read the manual 17h are we living with the dinosaur. Another company that has gone down the pan • I put it on charge 9pm next morning 8am still not fully charged that’s beyond a joke • I like the idea of the charging stand trouble was it would end up full of water from the flosser unless your prepared to wipe the flosser dry with kitchen towel after use . • I was looking for a new water floss has my old one I noticed black Mold on the plastic and I am super hygienic so it was disappointing I even use Milton to clean my flosser and when checking on line found quite a few people has the same issue with their Waterpcik flosser mine was plug in even people with recharge had the Mold issue ,IT using the wrong plastic (cheap) not medical grade .I am going to try the Coslus from Amazon I have no issues with China stuff pay the right money you get good quality.I have been using water flossers for years now Panasonic forget greed has ruined another company they never learn

I haven’t used a water flosser before so I don’t have anything to compare it with. After a lot of research trying to find one that wasn’t made in china I chose this one. It works fine and does what it’s supposed to.
