Needs a clip I used a climbing carabiner as you have to get into it by moving the bad shout.

Impractical
This sling is certainly not designed for the single person. You need help to feed the shoulder strap as unfortunately it isn't easy to do so. Especially with a broken arm. Maybe velcro would be easier.Having said that the rest of the product is suitable
