Very comfortable!

Very comfortable, I hurt my ankle and it hurts to put on regular working shoes, but to my surprise these shoe are giving comfort all shift.

I work 12 hour shifts in an hospital and wanted to wear these shoes for at least 6 shifts, but by the time I got to my 4th shift wearing these, my body was done. First two shifts were okay, by the 3rd shift my feet were starting to feel achy, and by mid 4th shift, it was hard to walk. I think I’m one of the few lucky ones that got matching sets, I love how they have wide sizes and variety of designs. I wanted these to work for me so bad, but they cause me too much pain to continue using them. The shoes are heavy, so if you’re committed to wearing heavy shoes then these can work for you

One caveat, you need socks with these. They are not animal products, but because of that, they have no give in the size department and do not breath. I use them when I am dying yarn and need to be on my feet all day. I wear cotton socks that are somewhat thin. While comfortable, if you cannot wear them day one, they will not break in. I am not sure if I was cutting hair, or a nurse, that these would work. I can slip them off if my feet get hot, I work from home, no harm, no foul. If I could not take them off for a few minutes every couple of hours, I know I would get blisters. So, while they are comfortable for me and I can stand in them all day, even if I am in a booth selling, I am not sure walking around in them all day would be as comfortable. My perfect, is for what I do, I know a lot of the other reviews mention the problems above. Again, they are not issues for me, but I have no doubt that they might be for some. I do love them, though and want more. I wear them almost everyday at home. .

The shoes look decent and are comfortable to wear. I believe they would be even more comfortable if the size was correct. I have read mixed reviews on this. Some say they run big some say they run too small. This pair I received ran TOO BIG. I agree with the reviews that say they should offer half sizes. I usually wear an 8 and if they offered a 7.5 I would have gotten that size. Since they are a tad bit too big my foot slides my toes into the top of the shoe. It's just annoying and I'm worried the shoe will just fall off even though I know it won't with the strap on. Speaking of the strap, it is too big as well and does not touch my heel at all. Again, I believe this could be fixed with a smaller size. I have only worn these two days so I can't comment on whether the color stays on the shoe after a scuff or not. SO far so good though.UPDATE:The size of the shoe does not bother me as much as I thought it would. The shoe is very comfortable and my feet never hurt. I am dragging it down to one star though because they make my feet sweat and smell terrible. I have never had this problem with any shoe and my feet have never smelled before. I got so sick of it I took the insert that came with it out and there was MOLD GROWING UNDERNEATH. Yes, there was mold in between the insert and the shoe. I am not pleased with this finding and I do not recommend this shoe to anyone.

These shoes are so tight that I can barely get my foot inside. Ordered a half size larger to make sure not too tight, definitely not wide enough. Is exactly as pictured. A little bit heavier than others from other makers.
