finally i was able to find a gaming chair that fits me well, isnt too tall or too short, is cute and has all the functions i need it to have!! its the perfect size for me. this is the first time the neck pillow on a chair actually sat where its supposed to and not at the top of my head pushing my head forward awkwardly/painfully. lumbar is pretty good, i think it will get better with wear when it flattens a bit more though. i might get a diff lumbar pillow. the rabbit ears are cute though not the best quality. it was easy and quick to put together!

Product is great. Not easy to assemble. But my grandsons loved the finished product.

the chair is great, especially for the sales price I paid. Comfortable for my office upgrade. The foot rest isn't as useful as I'd hoped based on how I like to sit and work but the lumbar and neck support do what I need. Luckily I had an adaptor plug for the vibration but there are no controls or adjustment to it so I have only used it once and it was more intense than I like. the degree of recline is nice but again, not something I really use when working so more than I need but nice to know I have it if I want. As someone on the plus side, I feel well supported and secure.

For starters, this was shipped and delivered fast!! Which was awesome because I wanted to get it before my sisters birthday. I was originally a bit skeptical and unsure as to how hard it was going to be to set up the chair and make sure it was sturdy enough.This chair was super easy to put together, it came with the screw driver and extra screws and bolts incase anything went missing. I had no issues getting the chair set up and was able to recline it all the way back without being worried if it was going to fall apart or worse case scenario, break. Very comfortable. I was a bit confused on the foot rest part of the chair but managed to get it put on correctly. My sister loves the chair alot, including the massage pillow!! If you’re debating on buying it, ITS WORTH THE MONEY!! And the chair came with the rabbit ears too super cute!!

Amazing chair, great price and super easy to assemble. The packing was great, it looks like a NASA spaceship. To be honest I didn't even pay attention to the lumbar support/vibration thing on the description. For a moment I thought it was something from the Adam & Eve store, until I when back and read the description... good stuff highly recommended

Short Review: Looks great, but terrible (the worst) customer service for a basic issue that is not 24/7 as advertised, reclines at max 120° (measured with a goniometer), tray coming apart before 1 week of use, massage pillow is just sound, lumbar and neck pillows don't hold their shape.Long Review: I bought this chair because it looked great and promised 150° of recline. While it did look great and the instructions were easy to follow, that is where the pros stopped and I ended up having to return this.Now - I buy everything I own on Amazon, and I have never once written a one star review. I rate what I buy 4-5 stars or I leave it be most of the time. But, dealing with this chair and customer service has been the most frustrating experience over the last week (See attached image).First, it comes no where near reclining to what it's marketed to. After measuring, it goes to barely 120° which is not nearly close enough to recline enough. Since this was a major reason I bought the chair, it's a big reason I chose to return it.Next, it's incredibly poorly structured. I like a firm chair, but this chair holds a misshapen form with less than one week of very rare use. Really, the neck pillow is already crooked and dented and is difficult to reshape and the material is creased permanently.This is a short chair. I'm 5'8" and 160 lbs and even I found this chair small.Finally, the customer service is just lazy. Do I even need to explain the picture attached? "Hey, is there a way I can fix the chair if it's not reclining all the way? Otherwise, I will return it because I just bought this." "Well since you can still sit in it, how about $5?" ...what. Also, the "24-7" support will only message one time per day at 3am on weekdays (2nd Pic).

I bought this chair for my daughter who homeschools and we were pleasantly surprised! The chair is super comfy and easy to put together. The color just added to her happiness! Would definitely recommend.

The chair looks really nice and the massager is a good add on, but there are few things that lower my score.For one, the arms are very flimsy. They feel like they well break under the slightest weight. Do not get this for a hyperactive child that might try to hang off of them. They will end up hurting themselves and break the chair.I’ve had other computer chair similar to this, and this one is significantly smaller than others I’ve had. This isn’t a big deal for me, but larger people may want to reconsider this one.The major problem I have with this chair is for the fact that it does not tilt. The back can be let back, but the chair, itself does not tilt or rock at all. This is only a problem as I’ve had cheaper chairs that did.All in all; it’s not a bad chair. It’s comfortable, it looks really sleek, but I really don’t think you’re getting a lot of value for this one. It’s overpriced for what it is, and you can find sturdier chairs that look almost just like this one for cheaper.

The chair is very comfortable! its the first time i get to have my very own gaming chair (actually its the first time i have a comfortable chair at all) and it feels great. Assembling it was easy and fast, we did it in less than 30 minutes. I ordered this chair last week and it got broken in the transport, amazon told me and i got a refund very fast! then i ordered it again and it came super fast. I think this chair is gonna be a great asset for gaming AND zoom classes. I spent the whole night on it watching stranger things and my back is not in pain at all and TRUST ME, its very rare! Anyway, i recommend it warmly! good chair for a good price.

I received this back in 2021, though I'm not entirely sure why I'm revisiting it now (perhaps just boredom).Nevertheless, it was initially a decent chair. However, one of the armrests kept loosening, requiring tightening almost weekly. If you're tall, the footrest is practically useless, making it wiser to opt for a more affordable chair without one. Unfortunately, the chair's durability was lacking; after just a year and a half, the back tore beyond repair, rendering it unusable for leaning.In sum, while it may suffice for children or occasional guests, its longevity and functionality fall short of justifying the cost.

Bought for my son for Christmas for his gaming set up. Looked good and was easy to assemble. Started to fail just after the warranty finished. Elbows made dents in arm rests in first 6 months, ends of arm rests started cracking at 1 year of use. Now it slowly sinks to lowest point no matter what we do. Will have to adjust and put a screw in to have a permanent fix. I could understand if he was close to the weight limit of 250lbs, but he is not even half of that. Not happy over all with durability, especially as we took something that cost a bit more hoping it would last.

I bought this for my 11 year old son for his gaming in his bedroom. The price was right and it was and it had decent reviews so i gambled and bought it. It arrived fast and in a large box, you will have to assemble this entire chair but its all with one tool that comes with the chair. The instructions were easy to follow and i did it by myself in about 20 mins, the only issue was one of the machined bolts for the armrest was a tad crooked so putting the bolt it was tricky but i got it in. I tried sitting in it but its too small for me. I am 6.3 and found it uncomfortable, i would have to remove the lumbar cushions to make it comfortable for me but my son likes it and its perfect size for him. I would buy this chair again.

I purchased this chair for an economical gaming and workstation seat. Well I have to say it needs work. The build was very easy. The materials feel comfortable. The lumbar support and head area are decent. A couple areas that I think need improvement are; 1. Seat is not soft enough, I get a sore bottom after a hour or more. 2. The arm rest bolt in the seat frame, but are weakly attached and will likely fail prematurely. Other that these two issues this chair is fair only and perhaps my 3 star is generous.
