I was skeptical when I first bought this product if it would really stay cold for so long. I typically fly about 20 hours total trip to see my folks abroad. Bringing my diabetes meds is always a hassle. I tested this product at home for two days and it was still perfectly cold even sitting in the sun. Great product would definitely recommend specially if you are going on a longer trip!!

Bought this for my Daughter as she has MS and was moving to Australia so wanted something to keep her medication cool (fridge temperature) whilst she travelled. She arrived in Australia and reported back that it kept her medication at the correct temperature- it even comes with a thermometer that you put inside the flask. She mentioned that Security at the airport was very straightforward and it was easy to unscrew to show them what was inside. Maybe a tad expensive but happy to pay knowing that it didn't ruin the medication after travelling for over 24 hrs.

I used it a couple of times while travelling through Europe. The biggest problem I had was at Stansted airport when my Dison was empty - without medication (just blue insert) which I was going to use to bring my child's medication from another country. The security was asking me what is the volume of liquid in a blue insert, as it's more than 100ml and I have to bin it. I asked for a manager and we discussed it for another 20minutes. They let me take it on one occassion. This has to be addressed somehow by the manufacturer.

I used it on a 12h trip to a very hot city and it kept the temperature very well. I tried the bar code to identify the owner but it always point to some unrelated websites, unless it's my app. Anyway I chose not to use it.

7 pens? yeah if you dont put the ice pack in! defeats the purpose. 4 if you actually need to use it. very expensive for just a thermos flask.

It's an good product, worked well for me thus far. I tested it at home and it did keep temperature below 8C for more than a day. I took it to camping and kept it in an ice cooler, my meds were in perfect temperature for 4 days. Just do not put the flask directly on the ice as temperature inside will drop. A little tip: wrap your meds in buble wrap so they do not rattle inside, it will also add a tiny bit more insulation. Some cons: If you keep the blue gel bottle too long in the freezer it will partially freeze and deform, reducing the available space inside the flask. It wasn't a big deal for me because I did only take one pen, but it is something to consider if you are taking bigger amount. My other gripe with this product is how obvious it is that it is a re-branded thermos. It has this cheap feel to it, they didn't even print Dison logo on it, they put horribly looking badly applied sticker, the other sticker with QR code is also badly applied and the silicon tube says "ROCKLIFE THERMOS BOTTLE". It really looks like Dison just slapped their sticker on a generic thermos and bundled it with the gel bottle and thermometer. Or maybe I got a knockoff? Either way because of all of this it just fells overpriced. Good product in bad price, the smaller 30 hour version looks like a way better value. EDIT: I found it! This thermos is YOKOZUNA Rock 750ml You can find it on some Asian shops (I found it in Taiwan) for around 13-14 GBP after conversion...

Bought this to do a 48h trip with 2 flight transits. Flying to the Caribean and with such a long trip it was essential I had a method to keep my medication refrigerated. This did a great job!!! I got 5 pens in the compartment and had no trouble with it when transiting airports (did carry all medical documentation and the manual for the unit). When I reached my destination my medication was still cold. It was a relief to also have the backup bottle that I could swap out with ice water if I had needed it. Glad to say I didn’t need it (checked the thermometer) at each flight transit.

DISONCARE 74H 7 Pens Insulin Cooler Travel Case is Top Class. It looks classy it is a double insulated vacuum tube. Insulin safe for approximately 48 hours without a fridge when using fridge frozen blue cooler pack out of the fridge. Very good low price from Amazon.

Je recommande ce thermo sans soucis pour y mettre les stylos d'insulines, attention la capacité est petite contrairement à la description du nombre de stylos que l'on peut y loger selon le type de stylo car le bloc réfrigérant prend de la place, je conseille de vérifier avant de placer le bloc congelé. Il tiens bien le froid facilement 24h et plus si on l'ouvre pas de trop pour vérifier la température (bien pratique le thermomètre livré avec). A mon arrivée en Espagne au mois d'Aout et très chaud, j'ai mis le thermos avec les stylo d'insuline (5 Humalog et 1Toujéo) dans le petit réfrigérateur de la chambre d'hotel est c'est resté facilement 2 jours en plus bien froid pour testé la capacité de tenir, donc ce qui fait 3 jours sans problème. Je recommande ce produit sans soucis et le vendeur

Bien . Qualité ok . Je n ai pas fait attention mais le couvercle ́ne permet pas le stockage linguette et embout aiguille . Fourni avec 2 bloc de congélation un à l eau un au gel. Emballage soignée. Je rentre sur 4 stylo j ai pas 7 pour tester mais je pense que je peux mettre 5 .
