Immediate GI difference
Started with one and then increased. Works great on the GI system. Ordered more.

Taste fine but saw no benefit
Disappointed that I saw no improvement after one bottle with my GI issues. I have a lot of inflammation from IBD. The gummies themselves taste fine. This is just my experience and they may work with someone else’s micro biome.
