The battery reading on the device is accurate and easy to read. The ports will power any ancillary devices you need for your bike, and charge your phone. It will not fast charge or anything like that, but will keep your battery from draining if you are running a GPS app and/or listening to music at the same time.My issue with it is an important one, in my opinion. That is the weather and dust resistance of the ports. It comes with a rubber cap that is supposed to protect the ports, but it just falls off. It falls off before the bike is even running, before the engine vibration can even do anything to it. I resorted to using my heat shrink gun to make it a tiny bit more snug, but it still isn't perfect and I find myself having to constantly "recap" it. It makes for an unnecessary distraction while riding.

I like the product and it seems to work just fine. However, the lid/cover broke off almost immediately. I've rigged it on with some rubber bands, but that's kind of disappointing.

These days a USB Charger in needed on almost everything you drive. This unit has two charge ports and also shows your voltage which I really like. This past year my son and I were on a ride going over the pass near Oatman AZ. My bike was acting up. He had the small voltage indicator and I noticed the battery depleting instead of charging. That gave us a heads up on a possible bad situation allowing us the time to turn around and head back to his home. We did have issues before getting there, but it could have been worse. Turns out the Stator had died. That voltage indicator was awesome. The added charger ports are great to have as well to keep your phones charged. One more positive is the connector. When I am not on a ride, I separate the connector and attach a battery tender up, saving time and promoting good maintenance. Overall, this is a great addition.

I got this as a replacement for an older usb charger that no longer worked. This one is great quality and installed easily. The sae plug goes into my sae charger plug perfectly and made the installation simple. It looks great and blends in on my rear crash bar as if it was made to go there. I like it a lot.

All I had to do was remove my seat and zip tie the cable to the frame. Then I attached it to my handlebars.Easy peasy!
