The Body in the Backyard Paperback – 16 July 2024

This was just as amazing as the previous books in the series. I loved seeing the PI gang together again doing everything they can to help solve the case regarding the attack on Griffin Gentry.I live for the interactions between Nick and “his roommates“ in this one. The amount of times Nick wanted to go far away with Riley from everyone else was hilarious. The way both Nick supported Riley and was protective of her, since she’s always in harm’s way, is everything. Gage is adorable as always and his sarcasm has me laughing out loud so many times. Last but not the least, the way everything unfolded in the end was unexpected but I really enjoyed the twist and the big reveal.If you haven’t read this series yet, you’re missing out on all the fun and witty banter. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an exciting and fun story.
