These are so convenient to mix into my water bottle on the go. They have helped me feel less bloated and much more comfortable after I eat my meals. I love that they have zero sugar and a very pleasant, light flavor.

This stuff tastes great. I don't know what others are complaining about, It has a light gingery flavor and just gives the water a little zing. It is not sweet or sugary so maybe that's what people don't like but for me, being sugar free and having this crisp lemon/ginger boost to my water is perfect. I am on day three and definitely notice a difference in bloating and less gut ache all around. I'll be using this for awhile.

This did not work at all. The taste is nasty. Every time I open the pouch the microfine dust go straight up my nose. There's no amount of water to powder ratio that I can get to make it taste good. It did not do what it promised. Since the box is open I can't return it. Very disappointed
