While doing electrical repairs after Hurricane Helene in Florida, it was discovered that our home was loaded with aluminum wiring. In my humble opinion, aluminum wiring is fine if installed correctly. As the outlets and switched are being replaced, it is necessary to add a copper wire pigtail between the aluminum wiring and the device. To ensure that the proper tightening of the AlumiConn (AL to CU connector) is being achieved, the MOVAFEE torque screwdriver works great. Easy to set. This works perfectly for my needs, setting uniform tension on my drum lugs.

Torque seems to be accurate and works well. Wish there were more variety of bits. Not sure how long this thing will last though.

We use this screwdriver to prevent us from over tightening when working with brittle materials (like plastic etc). The screwdriver feels heavy and durable when holding and using. My husband loves that it comes with a carrying case with all the extra screw bits.

my sons are bmx riders. my oldest has a tendency to pop his tires a lot or bust his sprocket. I got him this tool so he can fix his bike on the ride. small enough to fit in a side pouch. has a bunch of sizes to fix other issues that come along.

The screwdriver is easy to use and seems fairly accurate but don’t use the bits. I torqued a scope mount screws to 25 inch pounds and the bit broke causing damage to the receiver of my brand new Henry rifle. I didn’t buy it for the screwdriver bits learned a valuable lesson, otherwise I would given 5 stars.
