Very nice quality. I ordered two of these. They are refurbished tho, and on one of them the plastic front plate was missing from one of them but I don’t mind at all. The computers both work as advertised, and as a small business owner who was just trying to upgrade from the slow computers I bought ten years ago, this computer seems lightning fast to me! Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!

The product description clearly said wifi but the unit I received did not have wifi. It is a great price but it was missing wifi and the keyboard and mouse are junk but I was not planning on using those anyway.

When I discovered a couple of items were not working I contacted Amazon. Customer service was very concerned and made extra effort to address my concerns and resolved each problem without complaint thus fixing my problems and helping me in replacing my defective PC which works without flaw. Bought this for my dad. Thought that the wireless was builtin/internal but was not. The original WiFi dongle supplied with the computer did not work very well for my dad, he swapped it for one he had. He is very happy with the performance. Says it is speedy!!Would have given it five stars but the issue with the WiFi knocked one off.

This is a great value. 32GB and a terrabyte HD. Everything was as advertised. Windows activation was smooth. It's a great little box, so far perfect. I had one little problem, there was no wi-fi or so I thought. I contacted [email protected] and they advised me that the wifi was supplied as a dongle. I didn't see it when I unpacked, I went back and found the dongle at the bottom of the box. Plugged it in and it installed and worked perfectly. I would buy from this vendor again.

It arrived on time and appeared to be in good order. It boots up quickly and was not too difficult to get set up as a new user. Main complaints is the fans is a little loud and only 1 out of the 3 Display ports works. I was able to get my primary monitor to work, but when I tried connecting a second monitor to either of the 2 remaining ports it would not work. I even bought a new cable to eliminate that as an issue. I have only used it a few times at this point, so I can't speak to long term reliability.
