it was a great bands, but it didn't work for me I need with handle.

Durable strong multiple sizes
Excellent bands, variations in weight to do different exercises. Makes for a good workout. They are thick and well-made. Would like to have had a card or something with a different exercises on it. I recommend these bands if your wanting a good workout.

Love these so far. They come in many different resistances. The purple could be used to hold you up for assisted pull-ups or even for resisting a bench press. The red/lightest is great for arm/ /shoulder warm ups.

I bought these bands as an option for workout while I was abroad and did not have access to a gym. They were easy to carry and worked really well for the purposes intended. There is plenty of information online on how to adapt different workouts from machines or weights to bands, which made these really useful.
