Absolutely brilliant stuff, Has cleared up the back of my head within a couple days use, No bumps, inflammation or any redness.Can really feel it get to work on the targeted area once applied, Plus a really nice minty smell to go with it.

This is very good cream sorts scalp irritation and calms it the very first application. It is going to last a for a very long time as well. I have purchased it along with shampoo for a cooler scalp. No more flaky scalp bits falling down. Highly recommend this product.

It arrived on time and in great condition.The product is easy to apply and it brings relief instantly.The smell is not too overwhelming, but when applying on the scalp with dry hair can make the hair appear greasy, so I recommend applying with wet hair after a shower.I've been using for a few weeks and can feel improvement.

Bought this product to help calm irritation and redness on my scalp and am happy to say that it works very well for me. I have seen a marked improvement and apply it after having a shower. It has a nice cooling sensation. Would recommend!

Lovely cream, not greasy, have been using for a few weeks now and definitely improving feel and look of skin. My daughter has psoriasis in her hairline so this is where we have been mainly using this.product arrived quickly and well priced too.

Good product, actually working softening skin on affected area..not grease, has pleasant smell, reminding me one Chinese psoriasis cream, so probably same ingredient been used. Psoriasis are not curable, but symptoms as itching and redness manageable with this cream.

Having recently fallen victim to Psoriasis, I thought that I would try this ceam whichI had never heard of before. According to the product label the active ingredent is 2%Salicylic Acid. This is known to remove the outer layer of skin, and flaky patches.The online blurb suggests that it contains Ketoconazole but it is not mentioned at allon the product label.I did not find it does much good, it stings a bit when you first put it on. I was advised to tryPolytar Shampoo (Also available on Amazon) and I find Polytar an excellent product. I wont bebothering with Pureskin products again.. At over £15 it is a lot of money for a useless product.I do not mind spendng the money when the product works for me. This one did not!

I wanted to write a second review because my first was when I first tried this product. About a week on there has been a vast improvement to the scaling and itching of my scalp, a problem I have had for the last few years. I have tried a few other treatments which made no difference.I have just ordered another jar because it's great to have the cream to hand when the itchiness is troubling me.It's a strange condition which appeared in my sixties and affects my ears and the sides of my nose too and the reassuring thing is that this is mentioned in the description so I felt at last I was on the right path. Such a relief in many ways. This condition had made me unhappy and self conscious. My confidence is coming back now that I feel I am managing it.
