It's been more than a year now they work fine. I got them for 399 and I have zero complaint. For this price range they are more value for money than any other wireless headphones. Regarding clarity I compared them with 1500 headphones and this 399 headphones have better clarity and audio quality. Highly satisfied with this product.

1:- I like the build quality and the wire are tangle free2:- it has 60 hours of play time but in real life while listening music 🎵 and playing 🎮 games and watching reels and videos I got 30 hours of backup with 75% battery charge .3:-i am giving it 4 star because of its low bass (as compared to boat,boult)and it has some glitches 😔 as it mentioned that it has dual pairing but when connected to my mobile and after I connect to my laptop so it's connecting but 1st connected to laptop and 2nd to mobile 📲 than its working and also when 2 devices are connected and if you attend any call then your neckband mic will not work and at that time it doing glitches after end the call it's ringing.4:-:-overall it's good only it's dual pairing not worked perfectly if you don't use two devices at same time then it is very good because of its backup and crisp , clear and loud sound and also have gamin+movie mode .

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased these Bluetooth wireless headphones with high hopes, but sadly, they have not met my expectations at all. Here’s a breakdown of the main issues I’ve experienced:1. On/Off Button Malfunction: The on/off button is not working properly. I am unable to turn off the headphones, which results in the blue indicator light continuously blinking without any way to stop it.2. Connection Issues: The headphones are not connecting via Bluetooth. I have tried unpairing the device from my phone and then attempted to re-pair it, but the device is not visible on Bluetooth scans, making it unusable.Considering the ongoing issues, I kindly request a replacement for this defective unit.

The product is fairly standard. Other company's headphones connect automatically by opening the two magnetic buttons, putting the two magnetic buttons together automatically switches the headphone off, but this one doesn't. Once connected, it stays connected to the mobile until switched off or Bluetooth is turned off. The sound is clear and loud but has a very slight crackle. Lighter heavy than other companies. Some people may find it difficult to sleep with it around their neck. A mild headache. But if compared to the price, it can be considered as a very good product.

It's a really great product. I also had a boat headphones. This one is actually better in terms of connectivity, range and power back-up. It's also budget friendly. The fit and comfort is also great.
