Safety Warning Always ensure proper anchoring, be aware of wind conditions, and maintain a safe distance from moving parts. Review: Check dimensions, this is a small and light awning - Quite light, reasonably easy to erect, just about big enough for two to use as a little extra shelter, stood up well to early spring snow and rain in the Peak District 👍 Review: Great for the price - Great little awning for the price... only negative for me is that the entrance on the campervan side doesn't zip all the way round. So, even though there is a sewn in groundsheet, ants etc., can still get in via the bottom of this door. Generally quite pleased with it though.

Even better than advertised
Really good bit of kit. The description indicated it might not be the best in high winds but after a night of extreme winds in North Wales in which many awnings failed, ours was both intact and watertight. Very impressed.

Rubbish
The poles are supposed to be connected to each other by elastic but this wasn’t the case and it made it impossible to set the tent up ......rubbish

Driveaway awning
I bought this to go with my VW California. I've used it for several trips over the summer. The fairly small footprint was a key feature for me and there didn't seem to be very much choice in this size. It is quite easy to put up and attach to the van even by one person. Quality of material and manufacture is good overall, although on a 4 week trip to Scotland and regular rain during the summer, it leaked badly. The leaks were from the horizontal seam underneath each window, so every time it rained during the month I had to mop up big puddles inside the awning. The clips that attach the flysheet to the poles are useless, because they are too big for the poles and don't clip on at all. So either use smaller clips that do the job or supply thicker poles. I don't think the supplied poles are strong enough for an awning/tent of this height. Thicker poles would be a good idea because the awning buckles in windy weather, so much so that I had to take it down to avoid damage on 2 occasions. Additional hanging points inside or loops to attach a cord would have been a nice feature. There just 1 central loop to hang a lantern Because the awning is made to attach to a van up to 2.4 high it doesn't really fit the VW that well, as the fabric between the van and awning ends up just about flat, then when it rains it just pools up instead of running off.

Ideal budget driveaway awning for the smaller camper van. (Mine = VW T4 Auto Camper.)
As described and arrived on time. Assuming you use the camper to provide a wind break and securely guy down it will stand strong winds (Ours was fine in 60 kph winds with driving rain. ) Easy to erect and packs away easily in a neat bag. Suggest additional groundsheet footprint 3x2m sq and if you want to drive away the 6+6mm connector that are not supplied.
