RK ROYAL KLUDGE Wireless Gaming Keyboard with Screen and Dual Knob

I was in pain at the thought of having to replace my Roccat MK Pro; I had it for 10yrs, got so used to it and the audio/USB connects were so handy, just didn't want to give it up. BUT, it was getting old and when I saw this from Kludge, having another one of their KBs before (I used a basic one in my semi) I knew they have good products. This things rocks! The quality is top notch, sturdy as hell, the keys feel amazing, and all the little features are super convenient. I already knew when I was gonna buy another KB it was prob gonna be a Kludge, but after seeing this one one sale for $20 off when I bought it, it was a no brainer. I wish they made separate numpads as well lol. Can't beat it.

Came with the tools required to swap the switches. I had 70 switches swapped immediately. The digital display is great. I can see the battery life at a glance.

This is a great keyboard for this price. The biggest weakness is the media keys, the primary reason I choose this model in the first place. They are shallow and the feedback is weak and unsatisfying. The other keys, including the knobs are great. Being able to configure the keyboard through a knob and display interface is nice. Wish the branding at the top was more toned down.

This think is great, RK m87. It looks nice, feels good, sounds right. The key response is a tad fast, (its very high in the keystroke), not sure how else to describe it, but when you get used to it you can really fly on the keys. Only complaint is lack of a driver for MacOSX, i can do most things but volume knob doesnt work as I want it to. And of course Macro keys dont work. (not that I would have used them anyway)

The sound is nice to my ears. You can definitely hear it from the living room when I'm in my office, but our doors don't really block any sound. It's a sound that has been commented on, but not complained about. The metal knobs are nice, the volume is conveniently placed and the other knob controls the settings for the keyboard. On the other hand, the power, stop, back, pause, and skip buttons have all started sticking after a year, which is a shame because when they worked nicely I enjoyed them, the extra buttons were the reason I chose this keyboard. It's decent but I don't think I'd buy another RK Royal keyboard. The keys have a little resistance and feel nice under my hands. It's not so much that I get tired of typing after a while. The colors of the keycaps are nice and the RGB works fine. It's nice that you don't have to download software to control it, it's all contained in the keyboard. Not unique to this brand but definitely something to look for.

I love this thing! Feels and sounds great. I love the knob controls. Excellent company to work with. Had an issue with the keyboard not charging and they replaced it without question. Customer service was fantastic. Everything about this experience has been great and I will be purchasing from RK again. Thank you!

The battery dies after 1.5 years of use. Now the keyboard unusable without a cable, also the when keyboard was out of the box the battery life wasn’t as long as what it was mentioned. The keyboard is fine other than the poor battery quality.

Probably the best $70 I have spent. Decided to get another mechanical since one of my siblings needed one, and I didn't want to break the bank just for a keyboard. This quite literally has everything you would need (for me at least). Having knobs, buttons, programmable keys, rgb, and a display were quite a surprise to me at this price point, and dont even get me started on the quality of this keyboard. Straight out the factory, this keyboard sounds amazing, feels good, and is super customizable. I was originally thinking of modding the keyboard, but after hearing how it sounds, I don't even think it needs any. Great buy and would buy again if needed.

One of the best keyboard in market, very good quality its heavy and steady. Keyboard is super premium and the creamy switch is music to ears when you type. Must buy, i have compared with Aula and this turns out to be better.

Such a good keyboard. The build is solid, the keys sound great -- not too loud, not too clacky -- and the overall feel of the device feels 'premium'. The little digital screen, which I'd feared would be a gimick, is actually pretty useful and cleverly designed. It's so much easier to configure the keyboards functions such as lighting and connect to bluetooth using this screen and the corresponding navigation knob. (vs using the function key combos of most other keyboards) The other large knobs is a great way to control volume, and the dedicated buttons on the top left for controlling music are awesome. Battery life seems really good (haven't recharged it yet), and the bluetooth connection is stable and without latency (unlike another one I bought and had to return). Overall, It feels like they really thought carefully about its design and functions. I'm really happy with this keyboard.

I really like this keyboard. Switches feel great, but I like having the option to swap them. For work, there are times I miss having a numpad, but the smaller footprint is well worth it. There is a 'Calculator' button. The LCD and rotary encoders work well for settings and volume. I haven't fully tested the battery life, but it took about 12 hours to go from 100% to 99% the first few times. Not the biggest fan of the colour scheme, probably swap out the keys at some point. Great value overall.

Royal Kludge does it again, I've been a fan of their products for 2 years now and they would always release amazing products, including this keyboard. Pros: Control screen that is always on as long as you are using the keyboard. Two knobs to adjust the volume and the screen/can adjust pattern and colours just by a knob. Has multimedia media buttons to pause/play videos. Gigantic 7500mAh battery life. Cons: Gasket mount quality could be better, I would always hear it creak when I could press on it hard. Sometimes the battery in the screen would always display 100% even though it is at a lower amount. Gimmicky texts and art on top of the keyboard, it does not look pleasing at all.
