This small scooter is easy to use, I assembled it myself, it has a long lasting battery even in when it sits in the cold garage, it remains fully charged. I use it walk my dog since I cannot walk far anymore, I have seen more of the neighborhood since riding around. There are two things I would like, one I can fix, I am going to look for mirrors to see behind me. The next item is this scooter does not have shocks. I slow down when approaching uneven sidewalk sections to not take a big jolt. I did add 'back tail lights' by adding a head set light. The light on front is powerful and you can see anything when in use. Love it.

After breaking my foot I needed to be mobile for the 4 months it took to heal. This scooter was the perfect solution, took it on vacation and taught dog agility classes from it! Great scooter for the price.

The scooter runs good. Easy to assemble. Easy to maneuver. The basket was broke in two places upon arrival. Father enjoys the scooter.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Missing pieces when delivered, makes a popping sound when driven. I highly suggest going with a different brand/company.

This product is wonderful. There was minimal assembly, and the directions were easy to follow. It works fine is small spaces and handles bumpy terrain pretty well. I’m glad I overcame my reluctance to purchase this type of device. I now get to see my grandkids football games every week.

After receiving my new scooter, I noticed the box was quite damaged and one of wheels was exposed showing the Chrome hub was scrapped badly. I contacted the iScooter customer service and they needed a picture of the damage, which I promptly sent. They offered me a 20.00 refund and a free review mirror. I decided to wait until the box was fully opened as I wanted to inspect the rest of the contents for any more damage. After unpacking the complete scooter, I found the seat had a tear across the back and it was very noticeable. I then sent a pic of the damaged seat to Mona, the lady I had been dealing with. She very promptly answered me with a new offer of a 40.00 refund, 2 rearview mirrors and a new seat, which I felt was very fair, so I accepted. Love my new scooter and love the customer service!! Yes , I recommend buying this scooter. Now adding, have had this scooter for over a month now and must say it is wonderful! The customer service is great and followed thru with all they promised. To the man that said he could not get a second battery, he did not look very hard. Go to the company website to buy any parts needed!!! The only thing I did not like was the 180.00 shipping fee, think that is a little steep!!!

Well made, but with two issues: First, it does not turn nearly sharply enough. Fairly simple fix was to grind off the stops in the steering system, but this could and should be corrected at the factory. Second problem is with the throttle. It is "soft" on start-up, a good feature, but then will surge to a faster speed with seemingly no connection with throttle position.
