I honestly bought it just to try it. Have been using it for a while and can't say I notice anything different. I do like the smell...it's a unique earthy smell and the price is good so I'll continue to use it but I'm not sure it's doing anything.

I'm very happy with this Ayurvedic hair oil. My hair has a new radiance and vitality! The simple natural formula is authentically Ayurvedic, with its base of light, fast-absorbing sesame oil. Minutes after I apply a small amount, drop by drop, and massage it into my scalp, I barely know it's there. Even the very faint lavender scent disappears, so it doesn't interfere with other natural fragrances I use when I keep it on as a leave-in conditioner. Since I started to use bar shampoo to eliminate plastics, the one issue I had was finding an effective conditioner, especially when I am combing through my long, fine hair (which tangles too easily). Organic oils help. I've noticed my hair is thicker and definitely shines more--the way it did when I was a teenager!

I have long waist length hair and my hair was looking dry and i felt like i was seeing alot of hair falling out. I decided to try this AMHL hair oil and I am glad I did. The first time I used it, my eyes were burning and watering. I guess I used too much and some of it ran down my eye area. After watching a video of how to use it, a little goes a long way. I love the dropper application. It makes it easy to apply. You apply it directly to the scalp and then massage it in. I also applied a dropper into my hands and ran it into my ends. Left it in about 30 to 45 minutes and then washed it out. My shampoo really lathered well with the product. I didn’t have to use alot of shampoo to wash it out. I love the results! left my hair feeling so soft and moisturized. It does not have a strong scent. I do feel like I have less hair falling out than before. If you are trying to keep your hair healthy looking I recommend this product. You will be amazed at the results!

This lil made my scalp really itchy. Im not sure if I may be allergic or what but I did the patch test on my arm 24 hours before putting it in my hair. I had no reaction on my arm but my scalp was very itchy

I have been using Amla oil for over a year now. I have tried different brands but I am really partial to this one. I tried to find the most authentic I could and I am going to continue buying this particular one. I can really tell a difference on my scalp and my hair is growing so fast. I am still having a lot of shedding but I truly believe that is from my raised cortisol. This Amla does everything I need it to!

This oil is rather ‘heavy’ but if you are looking for an oil that provides shine and moisture I believe this works well. I haven’t used it a lot , yet.

I think I have large pores, and the carrier oil in this just saturates everything so much that it’s uncomfortable, no matter the amount used. A miss for me, but maybe a win for you.
