Will this product work with a 2009 2500HD?

It will not work with torsion bar style suspension. This is a spacer that goes above and below the "coil over strut" suspension like on the 1500's. I left out the lower (smaller spacer) and it leveled my wife's truck great. For the 3/4 ton and up it requires a different setup to lift it, usually a lot more components. Will this fit my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71?

It fit my 2014 sierra SLE 1500 4x4. I would say yes it fits and it's easy to install. Watch the YouTube video. Makes it easy.

Will this fit on 2018 Sierra 1500 4x4? Does it void factory warranty?

It fit my 2017 so I believe so as far as warranty I don’t see why I sent my to the alignment shop after I installed the kit and the specs where still right on

I think it is 33's. It really depends on rim width but on stick rims it should be good. Consult with your local installer for accurate information.
