Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo+ 3-in-1 Cleaning Robot Vacuum Cleaner – Satin Grey VR7MD96514G/EU

I was hesitant buying this as I saw the negative feedback. I already tried a Dyson version which I returned as kept getting lost. I have had the Samsung vacuum for a few days now and have tried using in vacuum and mop mode. It has done a fantastic job on both vacuuming and mopping. It has not created any issues or got lost. Has avoided hazards and has worked around them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking g for a bot vacuum.

Thought I would give this Samsung vacuum a try as kept having issues with other ones. Hardware is nice the app is basic, very basic. It would not clean under my sofa like previous vacuums, it decided that the sofa and my book shelfs were walls so would not clean under them. The app also told me that my kitchen and utility room were too small to make them their own room. The vacuum part is good, didn't even bother to try and mop as all ready decided it was not fit for purpose and was going back. Boxed every thing up to find out you can't actually turn the robot off. So it was on, bleeping, trying to move inside the box. Explains why it was 0% battery out of the box. Was worth a short but lasted 2 hours before a return was requested.The water tanks are not nice to operate. they do not shut and open smoothy compared to others, feel clumsy. The hover it's self is big compared to previous ones so didn't get as close into tight spaces and corners.

Fantastic robot vacuum. How did I manage before. The mop and vacuum option is brilliant and the app makes it easy to manage.

After several weeks it has worked well, usually negotiating a crowded environment well. One has to ensure cables, and shoe laces, are out of its way as it can get tangled get easily and a few times it has got itself into a situation that it can't get it off. At such times it has stopped and called for help.While a full vacuum cleaner is more powerful, the robot devices can be programmed to run daily and will do a more thorough clean. Just don't look in the corners.The Samsung, like all such devices is imperfect but in all honesty, when it comes to cleaning, it's not as imperfect as its owner

This is an upgrade from a Eufy robot vacuum that just used to run around until the battery ran out, bumping into everything! We run a SmartThings smart home and have started to replace appliances with Samsung appliances that have SmartThings capabilities and WiFi connectivity. The overall performance of this vacuum is excellent, it maps out the rooms and cleans in a pattern so it does not miss any part of the floor. It’s great at cleaning with good suction power, better than the Eufy robot vacuum. The self emptying is fantastic, we always forgot to empty the Eufy vacuum. Highly recommend this product.

We had the Roomba before this but had endless issues with the parts and the app not working most of the time. So we bought the Samsung and I wish we bought it earleir. It's very quiet, powerful and does its job properly. No issues getting "lost" or "stuck" like Roomba. Very happy with this one.

had this for few months now.it works perfectly and does as it suppose to do.works with my fridge screen and mobile phone.don't expect it to be very strong but if you run it twice it will clean .works on hard surfaces (laminate and wood)and over carpet it is not strong enough to do the job at once.one thing needs to be improve "adding extra rooms to map."for example:it map downstairs perfectly ,but when I take it upstairs I need to remap and delete the downstairs map which is a pain.if you can design additional map to be stored 👍

Didn’t even get the product out of the box ☹️we are replacing our old robot vacuum which has a height of 7cm. I chose this one and spent more with a five year guarantee and the brand. Unfortunately the actual height of the unit is 9.98cm (99.8mm) although it’s product description states 7cm. The clearance under our sofa is 8 cm so it can’t fit under like the other ones can.
