This was exactly what I needed. I travel for work a few times a year and I normally work off of 2-3 monitors so traveling with just a single laptop monitor felt crippling. This monitor is perfect. Plugs right in and starts right up. It saved me on my last trip where I didnt have an office space to use and had to work from my hotel room. My boyfriend also gets used out of it when he plays his weekly D&D game with his friends because they use a web based tabletop map so he can use the map on the extra monitor and keep using his laptop in the background. Size is perfect, image quality is great, it fits in my backpack with my laptop perfectly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ordered two of these monitors as a backup for my home office setup, I work from home and sometimes suffer from power outages and need something more portable so I can get up and go when needed, this monitor is absolutely amazing! Especially for the price! They are super lightweight, huge - button the best way possible, they're thin and easy to put in my backpack/ laptop case and I can literally work anywhere I want! Very easy to use, Simply plug in and you are off! You don't even have to plug these into a wall outlet, simply plug into your laptop, or even your phone and it instantly turns on! Comes with the USBC cord and an HDMI cord, has one HDMI port, to USB C ports, volume and brightness buttons, a very nice kickstand , and the image on the screen is crystal clear! I've also learned that you can actually turn your mobile phone into a computer hard drive of sorts, there are apps that make it to when you plug into a monitor your phone acts as a desktop! Very exciting stuff! Really, truly, getting something like this for around $50 is an absolute steal, plus when you add in the portability Factor- you can't beat it! This monitor has completely surpassed and exceeded all of my expectations, the only thing I will say is that it is not a touch screen so you will need a mouse, but personally I don't care either way. If I could give this 10 Stars I would! Absolutely recommend, and I've already got a few family members to purchase some as well!

This monitor is lightweight. It doesn't seem very rugged but the display quality is more than adequate. Sound is not the best, but most people who buy this won't be using it for high quality music playback. I have a Roku TV which doubles as my main monitor. Sometimes I want to do computer work while using the TV for something else, so this is great for a dual monitor setup. There are a few limitations that need to be considered. First, the monitor comes with an HDMI cable. But if you use a Dell computer or are otherwise using a display port you will need to get the correct cable to connect the display port to a mini HDMI. The other issues involve how it mounts to a monitor stand. Yes, there is a built in kickstand. It works fine. But I want to mount it on an ariculating arm to keep it overhead and out of the way. There are only two mounting holes on the back. And those holes are very shallow. If you want to mount this monitor you will need m4 screws that are 6mm long. The holes are about 4mm deep and the mounting bracket on most stands tend to be about 2mm thick. To sum up, it's a good monitor at a great price, but you might need to buy extras to make it work for you

I just got this today. So far It has exceeded my expectations. Pros: Good viewing angles. It's a decent IPS panel. It looks like what you would expect from a mid tier laptop screen. Connectivity. I only needed to use the included usb c to usb c cable to get this to work. Very stable stand. I wasn't sure how good the stand would be from the picture, but it works very well. I can adjust it to different angles and it stays in place so I can use this on an unsteady surface like my bed or on a couch without much worry. Weight. It feels a lot lighter than I expected even. it's about 6 inches bigger than my tablet, but is much lighter. Wonderful. Cables included. It came with a usb C to C cable and an HDMI to hdmi mini cable. The price is orders of magnitude lower than the name brands. Cons: The speakers are about what you would expect from a cheap device. They are okay, I can listen to a youtube video with them and enjoy it, but consider the budget here for the speakers and set your expectations accordingly. The clarity of the screen isn't quite as good as a more premium device would offer. They have a sharpness setting turned on pretty high by default which makes things look a bit weird but pretty clear. I lowered this sharpness setting by 1 and found the image to be a lot more natural while still remaining pretty clear. This is picky, but a right angle adapter for the cables might help with some use cases, especially if you want to hide the cables. The included cables are fine, though. Overall, I'm glad I found this on sale.

This screen works well for my intended purpose, which primarily is for a temporary test-bench when hooking up to a larger monitor or TV would be more of an inconvenience. It came with a hdmi to mini-hdmi cable, as well a double ended usb-c cable. The screen itself is lightweight, and picture quality should be good enough to use for everyday tasks such as web browsing, email, etc, or testing setups. It is thinner than I was expecting, which is a bonus. The kickstand on it is the only minor complaint I have on it, it just doesn't seem quite right or large enough, but that shouldn't be an issue if it has a home on your desk. The mini-hdmi plug/port is incredibly tight, at least with mine, so I wouldn't recommend reconnecting that too many times. I also tested it on an OLED steamdeck, and it powered right up with just using the USB-C to USB-C cable.
