I have never tried using Shilajit but have heard many good things about it so was anxious to try it but I will have to wait a bit longer. This product came in a beautiful package and included a nice little spoon to take it out of the jar. However, the product seems to have evaporated or something. The seal was tight but when I got the jar open, it is less than half full and it’s so rubbery I can’t even get the spoon to dig into the product.

This is my first time trying the pure resin form of shilajit. It's resin so I didn't expect it to taste good - which is doesn't - but I have gotten more accustomed to the taste with daily use. Initially, I wasn't sure I was going to be able to tolerate the taste but it only took a few days for me to adjust. I have found that taking the suggested amount of approx a pea size (400mg) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach works best for me. I feel like this has really helped me take my morning workout routines to the next level and provides me with plenty of energy to power through the rest of my day. The product came well packaged and sealed along with a metal scoop to help obtain the correct dosage from the jar. As a first time user, I'm pleased with this brand, the quality, and the benefits I feel this is providing in my daily life and plan to continue using for the foreseeable future.

Shilajit is definitely a unique taste that you have to get accustomed to. It works though. Its been giving me sustained energy throughout the day because of all the minerals. It isn't a big jittery boost like coffee, you just get less tired throughout the day

Shilajit is like my new favorite thing I've found. I feel like the resin is more pure/effective than the pill/gummy versions, but the taste is something else... I mix it with my coffee in the morning and doctor it up real good to help with the bitterness some. The smell is also pretty devastating. I do feel more energy overall while at the gym, so that's pretty awesome. I alternate between the pill form and resins to make sure I have something that is working 😁

Taking Shilajit is not something that tastes good. It is something that is done for the minerals that are stored inside. This Shilajit from ORGANIC SPREE includes a pamphlet that shows the testing of this product and that it contains 85 trace minerals and 75% Fulvic Acid. The product is the black tar substance that is expected with Shilajit from India. The taste is dark and earthy. The recommended dosage is a pea sized amount. I suggest starting with a lot less to see how the taste is tolerated. I had been told to take this in the morning on an empty stomach. Instead, I suggest the first dose be at a time that there is no rush and to just relax and staple the product. Having a glass of pineapple juice or orange juice to rinse away the residue would be my other suggestion. This is organic Shilajit from India and it tastes like it. I appreciate the testing information that is included along with the tell tale gold spoon that has become a tradition with the product.

Nicely packaged. The testing information is included in the box which is much appreciated. It’s just such a small amount for the price. I haven’t taken it yet as I have a capsule Shilajit product that I’m finishing up, but if it’s anything like that in its effects then I’ll love it. I’ve noticed more energy and better mood when taking the other Shilajit product I have.
