This is going sound very skeptical, So I have a chronic insomnia , I’ve been having magnesium glycinate for few year , some from the UK or directly in India from the pharmacy counter, so I’ve decided trying this for cost saving , I didn’t realize at the beginning , but after few weeks been having a lot of stomach cramps , and daily backache and abdominal pain, not knowing what it it exactly I decided to give it a rest , and it all stops, my pain or ache, discomfort gone. It’s been over 2 months since I completely stop taking it,recently my insomnia hits me hard so I thought I’d give it a try for just one night , the next day my abdominal cramps all hit me back!!! So I don’t know what’s going on, but I’d love to hear others honest review?
