We have subtly changed the flavour by adding slightly bigger pieces of smokey tomato and rebalanced the garlic and cheese dynamics. It now tastes even better than before with a better mouth feel too! This is another one of our International Cheese Awards Bronze winners  Smokey Tomato and Garlic Cheddar, finished in black wax.  We have taken a tasty mature cheddar and blended the finest chopped smokey flavoured sun dried tomatoes and combined this with Elephant Garlic from the Garlic Farm and the result is a truly tasty tangy smokey tomato and garlic taste you won't be able to resist.
