I’ve been taking these Liposomal Saffron capsules consistently for 7 months and I would have to say that I don’t want to be without them! My daughter and I use this. It helps stabilize our moods. We both have anxiety issues but this really makes a difference. It does take about 2 weeks before you feel the full effect but it really works and it deff Worth it!

This is a great supplement, and easy to use. I use it with Berberine first thing in the morning, and I have enjoyed more energy, and helps me stay focused and on track. No taste or smell to interfere with taking this supplement.
