12ft version - BIG...BOUNCY...almost perfect, almost. (and its over the 12ft wide described)
Great Trampoline at a superb price...although I've only had it for one day, so time will tell. First of all it came well packaged in 3 separate boxes that were staples, glued, strapped and taped together. As most reviewers have already mentioned the instructions could do with improving and being clearer and more detailed. Thankfully there is a Kanga assembly video on youtube which is for either the 8ft or 10ft version as it doesn't have as many legs or poles as the 12ft version but the assembly is the same. Putting it together took me and my brother 3-4 hours, we were alternating the assembly as i had my two kids in the house and we were assembling it in secret with bedsheets over all the windows. The wifi was not working in the garden so we had to keep going in and out the house to watch each stage of the youtube video assembly. One thing i couldn't find out about these trampolines was how wide it was as in the overall circumstance, because although it says 12ft, the addition of the curved poles adds 6 inches width around the outside, which it pretty important if your planning on fitting it into a tight space (my photos clearly prove this) its only the base that is 12ft wide. One of the pole sleeves was torn so I've emailed the company fir a replacement, but in the meantime its duck tape to the rescue. The ladder is basic and i'd have paid more money for a ladder with actual steps rather than poles. The Trampoline surface is lovely and bouncy, and although the safety netting is on the inside, kids can still slide a foot out to the side and through to where the spring are, but at least its safer than exposed springs trampolines. Another question i have is why does the base level have to be quite so high? 2ft 8" inches to the top of the ladder...my son shoved my daughter as she was coming out of the zip exit and she went flying and landed on her head n the grass below. Trampolines are an accident waiting to happen...we all know that!! The trampoline does come with a spring puller which is great, but i didn't realise it did and so i brought an additional spring puller...but at least my brother and i had one each to pull the springs in ( make sure you align the springs properly and don't miss a hole as i did and had to unhook them all again...silly me). The padding is sufficient that covers the springs but it could do with a little more overlap to fold over the sides, plus its all a bit untidy around the ladder area as the cover does not account for it and tends to fold up (pictured). * I did not use the floor anchors as the 12 footer is sturdy enough without them* It can handle up to 120kg in weight, which is more than most trampolines i researched, but i don't plan on pushing it to that limit as id like it to last...so no giants allowed !! ( the 2ft 8"inch height to the base must cater for larger individuals to have a bounce on...so they don't hit the grass below). Anyway, so far so good and my kids absolutely love it as does my wife, they had a right blast on it today. so its a thumbs up from me.

Not very durable, to say the least.
Not impressed I'm afraid. After just 14 months' use by my kids, one of the legs sheared off where it joined the ring. Then when I dismantled it I found two other joints that had sheared almost completely and were about to fail.Replacement ordered from a different manufacturer.

Great fun for the whole family
Firstly we bought the 12ft which is perfect for bouncing around with you 4-10 year old. The instructions are not the clearest so it takes a little bit of deciphering. We had a few hands and certainly putting the springs on is difficult with a trampoline of this size so don’t expect to do this on your own. Quality is really good and it looks the part once complete. We have probably gone over the weight limit a few times with two adults bouncing along with a 5 year old but has stood up to it fine. Would highly recommend.

Springs are very weak. Canvas stretches
We bought this trampoline for our 12yr old daughter as our last one got crushed in the wind. Built was the same with all of these. Not the easiest but none are. However, the worst aspect was the springs. within a few days of her using it, some of the springs were stretched beyond use. Luckily I still had the springs from the old one so swapped them out. I could have returned it, but to be honest, it was hard enough building the thing, let alone taking it down to return it. Since then, I had to replace all of them. Some even snapped. In addition, the canvas has stretched. No adults have been on this trampoline. I would not recommend this product.

Easy to assemble, just right for a 6 year old trampoline beginner
After much research opted for this product. Arrived quickly, well packed and all components present and correct. Took two hours for a 70 year old granddad to assemble on his own without difficulty. Watched the video beforehand which made everything very straight forward. Just the right size for a 6 year old to go mental without compromising safety. Ladder is pretty basic and tie down screws provided are good for making holes to plant bulbs.Cord to attach the safety net to the frame is too shortCord threads through woven holes in the safety net not eyelets, it remains to be seen how durable this arrangement is

Net not the easiest to assemble!
Managed to assemble today but the instructions are not the greatest. We had a Kanga trampoline before so kept with the same make. The bottom netting is very tricky to put on with all the weaving and it's not clear how many holes you thread through! There was not enough string either so we had to go and purchase some. It's only day one so we will have to see how long it lasts. The 5ft Kanga was slightly different to this size and felt very sturdy. Time will tell.

Not the most accurate parts to put together
The issues were not a problem for me as I have access to a machine shop and tools at work, however in assembling the trampoline 1 thread stripped with very little force applied, and 2 of the net-support poles would not assemble due to bad tolerances and the holes not aligning with the sprung pins.Overall it looks okay, but the problems I encountered may well prevent other people from assembling the product successfully

Not easy to put together!
Not easy to assemble, instructions pretty poor. Trampoline circle doesn't seem to click together very well at all. Took ages as kept falling apart. Used the YouTube video which is good, but too fast!Trampoline seems sturdy enough now its up. Ladder great idea for younger kids. Shame no cover included with it.
