Hard to get part, found
Manufacturer no longer offered this battery. However YEA TECH found one for me. Good job!

Poor fit
Ordered 5 of these batteries for VX354 radio's. Only 2 of the batteries fit on the radios and work. The other 3 will not fit on the radios. Poor quality control.
