It seems to fit plenty of food for a good meal. I got it after seeing it with a friend who uses it for lunch, and I was impressed by how solid and lightweight it is. The silver lining inside keeps food at the right temperature for a while. It’s well-made, has plenty of space, and can fit an ice pack along with a full meal. It also folds flat for easy storage or to fit in a backpack, which is a plus. My only complaint is that the bag sometimes gets wet and leaks on the outside after putting in an ice pack. It also doesn’t keep things cold as long as some other bags. For me, it’s fine because I usually eat within a few hours, but it doesn’t stay cold for more than three or four hours with an ice pack. Other than that, it’s easy to clean, looks cute, and has a versatile design. The thick sidewalls help it hold its shape well.

It's a decent size, well insulated. The clip/handle is sturdy. The zippers don't stick. Unfortunately, the drink holder is already starting to frey. I like the extra pockets for napkins, flatware. My kid uses the bookbag drink holder, so it's not a huge deal it tore. It's cheap enough to replace should our needs change. Overall mostly satisfied

Good basic lunch box. Sturdy, decent quality. The stitching seems to be holidng up. Very roomy! Large capacity for a middle schooler's lunch. The side pocket is not very strong, I wouldn't put anything heavy in it but it's good for a snack bar or juice box. I liked that it is plain solid black as well with no logos or anything.

Great zipper lunch bag. Good size for younger kids. Cleans easily and keeps food chilled til lunch time. I still put in an ice pack just to be on the safe side.

Overall, for the price of the product is works as expected. I love that it is very compact and can be stored more easily than hard sided lunch boxes. The insulation is thin, but covers the entire inside of the product. Does seem to leak from condensation from ice packs after a couple of hours.

But if I saw this in person before buying it (even under $10), then I would NOT have bought it. I'd rather spend $20 on something that was a bit more well-made and less cheap looking/feeling.
