Does this paper shredder have any problems of shredding credit cards, DVD's or paper clips?

No problem with credit cards. I haven't tried dvd's. Generally I wouldn't run paper clips through any shredder but that's a personal preference.

How to install this paper shredder?

Hi! It is easy to install. It requires partial assembly and package comes with instructions, you can follow the instruction to install and refer to our video.

Does this shredder need oil? Like oil sheets or lubircants?

You don't need it right away unless you do a lot of shredding. And I recommend to use Bonsaii's own lubricant or oil sheet to prolong its lifetime.

Manual for C-221B says continuous run time is only 10 minutes, but your description is 30 minutes continuous. Which one is correct?

Neither I could only get it to run for maybe 2 minutes. This is not a good product and you should pick another manufacturer and model. I found a really good one at Costco.
