The lead came very dirty and required two warm water and soap washes and a rinse before I really handled it.I originally ordered this in hopes I could use them to reload some 12gauge shells but every single lead ball had 2-3+ flat areas so putting these in a shell and then into a shotgun is not a good idea and would actually be irresponsible.So I wondered what to do with all these lead “balls”. And they work wonderfully as slingshot ammo!!!
