Very high quality not super heavy user friendly bag

The bag is extremely well made. Great design. It's not just aesthetically pleasing but is also very functional and lightweight. That's why it is now my favourite handbag to carry to work. It perfectly fits my 14.5" laptop in its padded laptop compartment and have various zippered compartments too to help me keep my other essentials secured. Also, it's very easy to maintain. Just a wipe with mild wet wipe tissues is enough to keep it clean. This bag also came in oerfect packaging along with a dust cover. Overall experience of the product has been amazing !

The bag is of excellent quality and very durable, which is great. However, its sturdiness makes it a bit challenging to carry while traveling in crowded trains. A slightly more flexible design would enhance comfort and convenience for daily commuters.

Extremely bad quality at this price. Inside lining is so flimsy that it starts coming out in first use. Visible wear and tear on handle and rim appears in just couple of uses. I’m disappointed and will not recommend this to anyone. You will get better options in half of this price. I don’t even want to give a star to this product.
