Great set of straight through short pipes. No baffles so it's nice and loud. Can be set up for baffles with a quick drill and fastening bolt or set screw. Solid seal on stock exhaust. Mounting hardware could be a bit longer but an easy fix, I'll get to it later. Functions as it should. Great price for a pair! Would definitely buy from seller again!

These pipes are great. I had to modify (cut and bend) the straps they come with, so they would fit. I did so with very simple hand tools. So don't stress on that. The stock pipes on this 1982 yamaha maxim xj750 sounded like any flying car from "The Jetsons". After swapping them out.... my bike sounds like a real motorcycle. Loud... but not obnoxious. I would highly recommend them.

I loved it till it fell off. It's cool looking but it needs a lock washer or something on the bolts I tightened it with an impact and did my best dad impression "that ain't going nowhere." Not sure what happened this thing is like running a straight pipe so I didn't even notice it was missing until I got off.

Running with DNA air filter. Now I can actually hear my engine. Weight savings over stock. Good place holders until I can afford a whole system headers on back and a custom tune. If your picky about finish you should spend more. I don't care about that.

This pipe looks great, sounds awesome and is so easy to install! The price is right where it should be also. Comes with spacers inside that can be removed or added to fit your stock exhaust pipes when clamping. Installed this on a pipe as small as 1 3/8 inches with one extra internal adapter. I would suggest having a pipe that's 1.5 inches big or up to 1.75 inches for a good snug fit!

They look good and are incredibly easy to install. The build quality appears to be up to snuff as well! They fit my 1982 Honda cm450 very well, almost too well. (so close I almost thought they weren’t going to fit.) As far as why I gave these 3 stars, these are not mufflers. They do nothing for the sound of your bike, may as well be open headers in terms of loudness. The only sort of back pressure these provide are through a triangle welder inside of them. If you’re looking for that open header sound while maintaining any sort of back pressure, get these! If you care about your neighbors complaining, stay away!
