This movo mic works absolutely amazing with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I use my phone to vlog and this mic sounds absolutely wonderful. Just keep in mind the proper way to use the windscreen fur is to first slip on the foam cover over the mic THEN slip on the windscreen fur over the foam mic. This ensures a proper fit.

I bought this for my grandson to record bird sounds with the Merlin app on his phone. It works very well. I love the fact that it is powered by the phone and that it provides a standard mini headphone jack. The sound is loud and clear. Very low self noise. It does a fair job of rejecting sounds from the sides. It is much more directional and much louder than the built in mics in the phone. It is a two way audio interface. You hear audio coming from apps on the phone to the headphones. This is great, except that you also hear the mic full time. And there is no volume control for the headphones. This would be a 5 start review if there was a switch to mute the mic and a headphone volume control. Still, very useful mic.

Came charged works way better than camera microphone using on my song A9. Makes me feel more confident making videos!

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not using it right but the quality sounds somewhat fuzzy and “plastic-y” if that makes sense. The smaller version of this mic is cheaper and sounds honestly better. But it’s not too bad, it was worth trying out.

I recently wanted to redesign the set up I had for my YouTube channel. I had overcomplicated how I was doing videos and simply wanted to use my phone (Goggle Pixel 7a) with a USB-C microphone. This little gem works perfectly. It has a great range, with surprisingly strong low end (many of the "affordable phone mics available have zero low end). It is a great alternative to the Rode microphones at a much cheaper price point.

It records too much background noise, I used it on my s22 ultra. It work good but sound quality can be better.Extra:I'm currently trying to build a cheap vlog set up with my phone and there how it looks.Need to get away ND Filters and more stuff
