GREAT beginner acoustic guitar! Not too fancy and not too cheap. Good sound. Very good start point. Highly recommend. It’s been 3 months and I’m still learning the basics. Replaced the cords and adjusted the saddle height and made it my perfect match! I plan to buy a more expensive guitar once I succeed at playing it. I realize everybody playing guitar needs more than one to play often… 🤭

A received a defective guitar, I contacted Fender support that direct me to a list of service centers. I went to San Diego, and I met Todd who received my guitar and talked with Fender technicians. Fender sent a new guitar. Good Fender Warranty. I'll keep five stars. I love my guitar's sound and look.

This is my first guitar, the cost was good value. I purchased a bundle which was the solid mahogany electric acoustic, dreadnaught cutaway, gear lux hard case, electric tuner, extra strings, picks, and strap. The price of the guitar and case are a great value buy themselves. So the added value of everything else in the bundle is a true bonus along with the free online lessons. You could save money by not getting the electric version if you don’t have to. The electric version of course has a pickup and also has a built in tuner. Let me just say I am very happy with what I got and not only does it sound nice it also looks great

I’ve just received the Fender CD-60SCE Solid Top Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar you sent me. It arrived in a simple box, in the case, but with no packing whatsoever. It moved freely in the light cardboard box. Examining the contents I found the case gouged in a few places. It is not a Fender case as one would expect. It does not fit the instrument as it should as the attached photos show. Most serious is that the electric portion does not work. This may be damage that occurred in transit. Plugging in the guitar gives only a loud buzz, no guitar at all. I’ve spoken with Fender and they have given me an authorized service center for repair. It seems you do no testing before sending out the instrument to the buyer. A trouble I am having is that I like the acoustic sound. I don’t want to send it back. . I like this guitar which is no achievement of yours. I will do my best to talk with Fender about the quality of your business practices. Four hundred for a wrong damaged case packed in a light cardboard box with no packing, damaged instrument. I am not a satisfied customer. I advise you to consider my offer.The above is the mail is sent to bizarre Austin.They did give me $60 refund but I have to drive to the fender authorised dealer.Great guitar, sounds studio quality(almost). Owned Gretsches, many Fenders,Gibsons. Professional for a while.

I originally ordered the Fender CD-60S Solid Top Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar—All Mahogany—Bundle on April 27, 2020. On April 30, I received a polishing cloth with an Austin Bazarr imprint on it. That was it, nothing else, although Amazon advised the complete order was delivered. I waited a few more days to see if the rest of the order would arrive. Nothing. I sent an email on May 1 to Austin Bazaar.com asking when I could expect the rest of the order. I didn’t receive a response until four days later. I was contacted by “Andrew” from Austin Bazaar who stated that he didn’t know what happened to my order but that I had received a refund. It was true, after checking my bank balance, that I had received a refund for my order but was not notified earlier of that action. Also, I was never told of the problem with my order. Truly bizarre customer service.I truly believed the Fender Bundle was a great value. So….I tried again and reordered on June 4, 2020. I was given a deliver window of up to two weeks for delivery. Astonishingly, I received my order in only two days! As sideways as the first attempt was, this time was perfection! The guitar bundle arrived in great condition. The guitar’s hard case is bullet proof! It is better than what I purchased for my 12-string years ago, which was costly. I did not expect such a quality item in the bundle. The Fender CD-60S is a tremendous value for the price. Up until now, I’ve always had spruce top guitars. The solid mahogany top has a rich tone. Whoever the tech was that set my guitar up at Austin Bazaar really cared. It had played wonderfully since day one. It has held its tune exceedingly well and has been an absolute pleasure to play. As for the rest of the bundle: tuner, strap, picks, strings (all bear the Fender logo), Instructional DVD, and (another) polishing cloth, are as advertised. No substitutions. The guitar and hard case alone are worth the price that I paid. Although the bundle items aren’t the highest of quality across the board, they are extremely serviceable, especially for a beginner. I am most please with the quality of the Fender bundle and very please with the turnabout in customer service from Austin Bazaar this time.
