This 2 pc leather luster leather finish isn't what I anticipated. I restore luxury handbags and really needed a patent leather restorer. I saw this and ordered it right away. My issue isn't with the product itself which it is a quality product and seems to be made well. The issue is with the preperation. It calls for adding a single coat and allowing it to dry for 4-6 hour's and applying another coat thereafter every 4-6 hour's. Once again not an issue. It's after the right amount of coats that you must use steel wool to buff the coats you've applied. I can't do that to a luxury handbag that I'm restoring for reaale. It could cause more damage. I'm going to try and experiment wirh it on a less expensive patent leather and see what the outcome is. Until then I just wanted everyone to know the steps it takes if your trying to restore any item that is patent leather. Im not dissatisfied with the product. I just wish I would've known what steps the restoration process took.

This was a very surprising product. I never imagined a product could give regular leather such a shine. Not just a shine but a thick durable finish. Super easy to use. This is such a great find.
