This is the perfect Pilates reformer for home workouts. The wooden reformer feels solid and it came with all of the things to do about 95% of what I would do in a studio. The slight differences you will feel between this and the studio version are so small and definitely made up for by the price point. Customer service has been great. I accidentally used the jumpboard without securing the footbar behind it and they helped me problem solve the cracked jumpboard quickly. The slight differences I feel are: the box is just a hair shorter than the studio long box. The shoulder pads aren’t as comfortable, but are totally fine. At times certain movements feel a small lift in the rear of the reformer because it is not as heavy. This hasn’t interfered with any of the moves or made it feel unstable. I would order this same one again if given a choice between this or the more expensive version. If you are on the fence you can feel good about making this investment.

Great quality at a great price point. Could have spent more but for what??? Nice heavy solid construction, a perfectly smooth carriage glide. Even arrived more quickly than expected. Very helpful to have a second person for assembly- especially for sliding the bed on the base - but otherwise easy for one person to assemble. Like the other reviews say - it’s heavy. Nice & stable when you’re using it. Hand straps are double loop but not heavily padded. They are attached by a loop that figure 8s through a loop at the end of the ropes. So you if you want to upgrade them you’ll need a couple of carabiners. The only design flaw I found is that the shoulder pads are set a bit too far back which shortens the usability of the head rest. This is problematic if you have a long neck. It would be nice if the installed plates offered additional hole options forward & back. That said, they do have an extra width setting if you are a bigger person. Very happy with this purchase!

I love this reformer! Great quality for the money. Very similar to the reformers I use in Palates class. Sturdy and glides smoothly. Pretty easy to put together. My husband had to help me get the glider on. It was a bit heavy for me, But I put the rest together myself. The shoulder pads were the wrong size. I reached out to the seller. They were very responsive and sent me the correct pads the next day along with extra pads that fit between the bed cushion and the shoulder pads. Arrived pretty fast and the packaging was ok, some damages but didn’t get to the reformer it self. I’d say the packaging could be better as one part was coming out of the box but this was inside one of the major boxes. Parts seem to all be there but instructions were a bit off as one part was miss labeled on instructions and then not included in the parts list, so eventually we figured it out. No instructions for a black strap which we can’t figure out what it’s for. We had 2 parts left over but everything is in as per the instructions and reformer is running smoothly. Took us about under an hour to put it together. It’s pretty heavy to fold and store away but not too heavy and moves slowly away, rolled it out ok. The size seems good and it’s lower in height but taller wouldn’t be able to fold away. Leather quality is ok. Overall I think it good and I got what it’s worth for the price. Don’t regret the purchase because I’m a beginner and the investment seems to be just enough while I work myself into making the workout a routine. If something goes south I didn’t pay over 1k.

This is a great machine for the price. Comes with everything you need for a variety of Pilates flows and exercises. The springs are smooth and the platform comfortable. Glides well with relatively low noise. Straps could be better material, but it’s not a 3k machine. I was part of a club for $160 a month. This and YouTube classes and I’m saving money and don’t have to leave the house. I can do everything on this machine. Looks daunting to put together but once you break it down it goes quick. Took about two hours. Folds, if I need to make space , but not if you want to put to away each day, then that would be a hassle. I leave out in a spare room. Minor damage on platform but not worth the return and doesn’t impact usage. Despite the drawbacks, still 5 stars for quality and value.

Excellent customer service from seller. Had issues with item delivered. Seller rectified immediately. You can tell this is a very well made product. The shipment arrives in two packages. The base frame in one large box and the remaining in second package. The materials used with this item are good quality. Anyone who purchases will be impressed with the value. I would purchase from this seller again.

My frame is severely damaged in numerous spots, giving it a used appearance. Additionally, my box has a significant dent. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

It took some time to put it together and it is quite heavy but once together it is very stable and the mechanism is very smooth—I love it! It is very easy to use and to fold/move/store. It seems that a great deal of thought went into the design of it.
