I purchased both the blue and the black. I still have the black one. It helped define my jawline pretty well. One thing I will say for people who want a more angular look for their jaw is that you want to focus more on the front teeth biting than the side teeth with this. If you focus too much on the side bite, you may get more of a rounder face. Just try to work your front teeth when exercising. Put the mouthpiece in like normal but try to use more of your front teeth.

Cause gag reflex and I’m not a weak person. Amazon would not accept my first review and so this is my second attempt. I found a similar mouthpiece on another website starts with an T and it was only $1.55. I had to hold it in my mouth with my finger otherwise it slipped out. I’m going to throw it in the garbage and I do not recommend this product. I received the product in a Ziploc type baggie and it did not come with instructions or the case, see photo.

Challenging at first but not durable. After about a week it didn't function as well.

Because of the slit design, it creates a suction on the inside of my lips and cheeks whenever I bite down on it. I feel like this could lead to sores/irritation inside my mouth.

As a first time user, I was a little skeptical but after a few days of continuous use I started to see the results. It really does sculpt your jawline. I like that it comes in different colors. I did start slow at the beginning to get used to it and also to help with my gag reflex. It does feel comfortable and the resistance is just perfect and the price makes this item even better. After a few days I did not see any wear or tear so the durability was good. I like to use this while I clean up around the house as it helps me with grinding my teeth. I definitely recommend this product.
